At KASANE, we carefully curate and ship authentic Japanese pieces with great attention to quality. If, however, you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags attached, where applicable
- In its original packaging, where applicable
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding how and where to send your return.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to KASANE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, KASANE will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or damaged areas in order to assess the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.
Sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase in accordance with this policy.
Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order separately.
Because many KASANE products are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or limited in availability, an identical replacement may not always be available.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable law.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused and unworn, with tags and original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This section does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

KASANEでは、日本の品々を厳選し、品質に十分配慮したうえでお客様へお届けしています。返品をご希望の場合は、以下のポリシーをご確認ください。
返品について
商品到着後30日以内であれば、返品をご申請いただけます。
返品の対象となるためには、商品が以下の条件を満たしている必要があります。

返品が承認された場合、返送方法および返送先について詳しくご案内いたします。
事前に返品申請および承認を受けずに返送された商品は、返品をお受けできない場合があります。

返品送料について
お客様都合による返品の場合、返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
商品の破損、不良、誤配送など当店に起因する場合は、合理的な範囲で当店が返送料を負担します。商品を返送する前に必ず当店までご連絡ください。返送方法についてご案内いたします。
破損・不良・誤配送について
商品を受け取った際は、できるだけ早く商品の状態をご確認ください。
商品に破損や不良がある場合、または注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、速やかに当店までご連絡ください。状況を確認したうえで、適切に対応いたします。
確認のため、商品、梱包材、配送ラベル、破損箇所などの写真をご提供いただく場合があります。
返品不可商品
以下の商品については、返品をお受けできない場合があります。
- 生鮮品（食品、生花、植物など）
- オーダーメイド商品またはパーソナライズ商品
- 衛生日用品・パーソナルケア商品
- 危険物
- 引火性の液体またはガス
- ギフトカード
特定の商品が返品対象となるかご不明な場合は、ご注文前にお問い合わせください。
セール商品については、適用される法令により返品が認められる場合を除き、原則として返品をお受けしておりません。
交換について
別の商品をご希望の場合は、本ポリシーに従って現在の商品をご返品いただき、返品が承認された後に新しい商品を別途ご注文いただく方法が最もスムーズです。
KASANEでは、ヴィンテージ品、一点物、数量限定の商品を多く取り扱っているため、同一商品をご用意できない場合があります。
欧州連合（EU）の14日間のクーリングオフ期間
欧州連合（EU）加盟国へ発送されるご注文については、適用される法令に基づき、商品到着後14日以内であれば、理由を示すことなく注文のキャンセルまたは返品を行う権利があります。
返品される商品は、商品到着時と同じ状態であり、未使用・未着用で、該当する場合はタグおよび元のパッケージがあり、購入を証明できるものが必要です。
本項は、適用される消費者保護法に基づくその他のお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。
返金について
返品された商品を受領・確認した後、返金が承認されたかどうかをご連絡いたします。
返金が承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法へ返金処理を行います。
銀行またはクレジットカード会社側での処理に、さらに時間がかかる場合があります。
返金承認後、15営業日以上経過しても返金を確認できない場合は、以下までお問い合わせください。
