Welcome to KASANE.
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “KASANE” refer to KASANE, a brand operated by S-Global.
KASANE is an online store dedicated to sharing the beauty of Japanese aesthetics with the world through traditional crafts, kimono, woodblock prints, furniture, interior décor, and other carefully curated Japanese products.
We operate this online store and provide shopping services, including products, content, payment processing, order management, and shipping services.
Our online store is powered by the Shopify Inc. e-commerce platform. However, the seller of all products and the contracting party in any sales transaction is S-Global.

Article 3 – Orders and Sales Contract
Completion of the checkout process constitutes your offer to purchase the selected product(s).
A legally binding sales contract between you and S-Global is formed when we send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, either before or after acceptance, in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and shipping charges may change without prior notice. However, once your order has been accepted, the purchase price will not be changed.

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our online store is operated using the Shopify e-commerce platform.
KASANE is a brand operated by S-Global. S-Global is the seller of all products offered through this website and is responsible for product sales, order processing, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer support, unless otherwise stated.
Shopify provides the technology platform that enables us to operate our online store but is not the seller or contracting party in any individual sales transaction between you and S-Global.

KASANEへようこそ。
本利用規約における「当店」「当社」「KASANE」とは、S-Globalが運営するブランド「KASANE」を指します。
KASANEは、日本の伝統工芸、着物、版画、家具、インテリアなど、日本の美意識を世界へ届けることを目的としたオンラインストアです。
当店は、商品、コンテンツ、各種機能、決済、注文および配送サービスを含むオンラインストアを運営し、お客様にショッピングサービスを提供します。
当店のオンラインストアは、Shopify Inc.が提供するECプラットフォームを利用して運営されています。ただし、商品の販売者およびお客様との売買契約の当事者はS-Globalです。
お客様が本ウェブサイトを閲覧、利用または商品を購入した場合、本利用規約、プライバシーポリシー、返品・返金ポリシー、配送ポリシーおよびその他当店が掲載する規定に同意したものとみなされます。

当店では、ヴィンテージ品、中古品、着物、帯、工芸品その他一点物の商品を取り扱う場合があります。これらの商品には、経年による色あせ、シミ、傷、使用感、におい、ほつれ、修繕跡その他の個体差がある場合があります。
当店は、確認できた状態を商品ページに記載するよう努めますが、商品の性質上、すべての細かな特徴や経年変化を完全に記載できない場合があります。
お客様は、商品説明および掲載画像を十分に確認したうえで注文するものとします。
商品の説明、価格、仕様および販売状況は、予告なく変更される場合があります。
第3条 注文および売買契約
お客様が注文手続きを完了した時点では、商品の購入を申し込んだものとします。
当店が注文確認または発送確認の通知を送信した時点で、当店とお客様との間に売買契約が成立します。
在庫切れ、価格表示の誤り、決済上の問題、不正利用の疑い、配送不可地域への注文その他やむを得ない事情がある場合、当店は注文を承諾せず、または成立後の注文を取り消す場合があります。
注文を取り消す場合、決済済みの代金があるときは、原則として元の決済方法へ返金します。
注文確定後は発送準備を開始するため、キャンセルや注文内容の変更に対応できない場合があります。

KASANEは、S-Globalが運営するブランドです。商品の販売者およびお客様との売買契約の当事者はS-Globalであり、商品の販売、注文、配送、返品、返金ならびにお客様へのサポートは、原則としてS-Globalが行います。
Shopifyは、当店とお客様との間で行われる個別の売買契約の売主ではありません。
第10条 個人情報の取扱い
当店による個人情報の取扱いについては、当店の「プライバシーポリシー」が適用されます。
